Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

  • Kingsley heath cannot guarantee availability of stock but will endeavour to source stock where possible to fulfil your order.
  •  For online purchases, customers will be charged the prices that are reflected on the Website, subject to availability and save where “Inadvertent and Obvious Errors” have occurred. The prices include Value-Added Tax. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited-offer stipulations.

 Inadvertent and Obvious Errors

  • Whilst all precautions are taken by the Company to provide the correct information on the website, in the event that we identify an inadvertent and obvious error in the price, product or service description, images and any other relevant content, Kingsley Heath is not obliged to provide you with the affected product or service. This includes inadvertent and obvious errors due to any technical or system error. Kingsley Heath will make every effort to contact you to alert you of the error. In such circumstances you are entitled to cancel the purchase, and we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.

 Orders

Confirmation of Orders

  • Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these terms. On receipt of your order, we will send you an email describing the products and services you have ordered. These communications confirm we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We are not legally obliged to provide the products and services to you during the offer process.

 Delivery Confirmation

  • Kingsley Heath will indicate its acceptance of your order by delivering the products to you or allowing you to collect them, and only at that point will a contract between you and Kingsley Heath be completed. This is regardless of any communication from Kingsley Heath stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. Kingsley Heath will indicate its rejection of your order by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for any amount already paid.
  •  Any products or services on the same order which have not been dispatched/delivered to you will not form part of that the contract between you and Kingsley Heath. Delivery dates are estimates only, and as we process your order, we will inform you if any products or services on your order turn out to be unavailable or delayed for any reason.


4. Payments
4.1. Online Payment VCS Payment Gateway All online credit card payments are processed by VCS (Virtual Card Services). Card holders may go to www.vcs.co.za to view the VCS security policy.
4.2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) If the User selects to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) must use Payfast. 

5. Refund and Return Policy
In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Refunds are done through the payment method used - IE Payfast or Payjustnow.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

6. Warranty
All products supplied through the website use well-established suppliers in South Africa. All warranties are held with KINGSLEY HEATH. The warranty is subject to our standard terms and conditions. Should a fault arise with any item, the item must be returned to KINGSLEY HEATH, unit 10 Grid Zone, 57 River Horse Road, River Horse Valley, Durban 4071

The Provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions on the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

The User may visit the Website without providing any personal information. 12. International Fragrance orders:
Kingsley Heath Fragrance’s and body care products cannot be couriered outside of South Africa, due to customs restrictions.
