Refund policy

We area boutique fashion retailer and make limited quantities in each style, oddments have to be sold at a loss, to avoid these losses you may return items for exchange/return that have not been worn and has the original labeling, within 14 days of receipt. 

Always send an email to onlinehelp@kingsleyheath.co.za in order for us to so that we can help you out in the best way.

At this stage we do not accept returns or exchanges for online sales in our retail locations. These can only be made via the online store with the use of a courier.


In the case of an exchange Contact us at onlinehelp@kingsleyheath.co.za to arrange collection of the item (in its original packaging) and address it to the following address together with a copy of your invoice. Please also tell us on the email what size and style replacement item is required:

  • An alternative item will be suggested should the replacement item not be available in the size required.
  • A gift voucher will be processed in the event of no stock in the required items.
  • Please note that a return can take up to 7 days to get to our DC.
  • Your refund will be processed within 5 days after we have received your return in our warehouse/DC. The amount of your return will be refunded via the original payment method, with the shipping costs deducted.

 

Excluded Products

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of face masks, any PPE,  underwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, hosiery, bodysuits, earrings, toiletries, cosmetics, perishable food, earrings or any other jewellery used for piercings. You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of gift cards, personalised, resized, engraved, repaired or updated goods or special order goods.

Need to return a DAMAGED ITEM?

If an order is damaged , please first contact us ononlinehelp@kingsleyheath.co.za so that we can help you out in the best way.
The warehouse will arrange for the collection of items and a replacement will be sent within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged item.

Should the original item not be available, the customer will have the option of choosing either an alternative or a refund.

In cases of unavailability, Kingsley Heath will refund the customer in full within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

 

Please note that our underwear, fragrances and detergent can’t be returned.

Cancellation of orders by the customer will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. Kingsley Heath reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should Kingsley Heath exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
