You can expect delivery within 7 working days of placing your order.
If you live in an outlying area, your order can take longer to be delivered.
Please ensure that you use a physical address for delivery details, as we use a courier company to deliver who cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please also be sure that all details supplied are accurate and postal codes, so we can ensure your order is delivered without delay.
Free shipping on all orders over R500 (R65 shipping on orders under R500)

Orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment reflecting in our account.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays will be dispatched on the first working day of the week.

Customs and excise duty
Should you require your order delivered to a country other than South Africa, you may be liable to Customs and excise duty levied by the tax authorities of such country. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with such customs and excise duty payable prior to placing your order.
In the event that you refuse to pay customs charges then the item is returned to Kingsley Heath at your cost. In the event that we have to pay to get it back, in this instance we refund you the purchase amount less the cost of returning the goods, less a 10% handling fee.
