How do I place an order?

Make sure you are placing your order on our official website - Take special care to check the spelling and letters in the website address. Fake sites are very good at looking real and must be avoided. Kingsleyheath.co.za and Kingleytheath.com are the official website addresses.

1. Go to the item you would like to purchase. 

2. Select your size and the quantity using the drop down box. 

3. Click “Add to basket’ button.  

4. When you're done click ‘Checkout now' at the top right of the page.  

5. If you wish to add more items to the basket, click Continue shopping and you will be directed back to the homepage where you can choose items from the dropdown navigation bar at the top.  

6. Once you are done adding items to your basked, click ‘Proceed to checkout’.  

7. You will then be directed to a page asking if you wish to checkout as a guest, or register an account. This is your choice.  

8. Click “Continue”. You may enter your contact and delivery details on this page.  

9. Select your method of payment at the bottom of the page. You can pay via credit card or EFT - both of these option are through Payfast. You can also select Payjustnow that allows you to pay over 3 installments and get your order now. 

 

Remember : Always use your new order number as reference – this ensures that the order is processed without delay. 

Can I place an order without having a Kingsley Heath account?

You are able to place an order without registering an account with kingsleyheath.co.za. 

Please note, however, that as a guest, you will not be able to manage or track your order. If you choose to set up an account after placing your order, providing you use the same email address, you will be able to access your previous order history. 

How do I know if an item is in, or out of stock?

Usually an item is in stock when the size appears in the drop down box and if you are able to place the order and pay for it. 

From the time you place the order to the time we pick your order, a customer in that store may buy the very last item of what you have ordered. We will immediately contact you and offer you alternative choices (i.e., the same style but a different color or an item similar to what you selected). 

What happens to my payment if an item is out of stock at the Online Store?

An out-of-stock situation can occur because we have provided you access to the stock available in all our stores nationwide to ensure that you find what you need. We will do everything we can to make sure that you get what you ordered, as we understand how disappointing it is to not get what you want. On the rare occasion we may be out of stock.

From the time you place the order to the time we pick your order, a customer in that store may buy the very last item of what you have ordered. We will immediately contact you and offer you alternative choices (i.e., the same style but a different color or an item similar to what you selected). If these alternatives are not suitable, we will provide you with a voucher for the full value of the out-of-stock product. You can then use this voucher for a purchase of an item of the same value as the one that is no longer available.

Should you, however, not be happy with any of these options, we will proceed with a refund of the total paid for the item that is out of stock in the same method your payment was received, ie. Credit card or bank transfer. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Your order will be processed without delay on receipt payment.

How long will I wait for my order to arrive?

Once payment has been allocated an order is processed on the same day. The parcel is then packed and and ready to be shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of processing. Couriers collect on working days. It usually takes 7 working days for an order to be delivered to your door. For international orders the lead time is normally 14 working days. 

For local deliveries your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. This is because we have provided you access to the stock available in all our stores nationwide to ensure that you find what you need. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment so you can keep track of each delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order or part of your order has been picked and packed, your waybill numbers for each part delivery. You can track the progress you your part orders directly on our courier sites using the waybill number, as it moves on route from our warehouse to your door. We will let you know by mail when we have packed your order - when we have shipped your order and again when its out on delivery.

How long does it take us to confirm a payment?

 

Credit Card and EFT Payments may on Payfast : Payment confirmation is in real time. 

Should I email or fax you my proof of payment?

If you have used the correct Payfast or Payjustnow this is not nessisary. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

My credit card payment will not go through?

Many of the enquiries we receive relating to difficulties processing card payments are because of 3D secure. 3D secure is a card verification measure put in place by the banks to prevent fraudsters from using your card to transact online. if you are having this problem it is most likely because your card is not registered for 3D secure. You will need to contact your bank to register your card. 

How do I use a coupon code/Gift Card?

If you received a coupon code/Gift card this can be entered on checkout. After adding an item to your shopping basket you will be prompted to enter the code in the discount code section. Just enter the code and press apply for the discount to be effected.
